• Billing information: subscription and payment data processed via Stripe (we do not store full credit card details)

When you use Easy Flow Builder to communicate with your customers, you act as the data controller for your customers' data. We process that data on your behalf as a processor — see our Data Processing Agreement for details.

4. How do we use your data?

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Easy Flow Builder platform
• Creating and managing your account and workspace
• Processing WhatsApp messages through your configured automation flows
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions

• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — WhatsApp message delivery

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
