What is a WhatsApp flow builder?

A WhatsApp flow builder is a visual editor where you build conversation flows by dragging blocks and connecting them: a message, a menu of choices, a condition, an API call. The flow then runs automatically on the official WhatsApp Business API, without you writing any code.

What does Easy Flow Builder cost?

€50 per month, all in: unlimited flows, unlimited messages from our side, every building block, team members, and support. Paid annually it's €550 per year. On top of that, Meta charges for each message it delivers — those costs go directly to Meta, not through us.

Can I build a WhatsApp chatbot without programming?

Yes. You drag every building block onto the canvas and connect them with lines. Only when you want to pull data from your own system do you use the HTTP block — and that means filling in a URL and some fields, not writing code.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

Yes. Automation is only permitted through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. You need a Meta Business account, a verified business profile, and a phone number that isn't already in use in the WhatsApp Business App. Our AI assistant guides you through that onboarding.

Is there a free trial?

Creating an account is free, and you can start building and previewing flows right away. Actually sending messages becomes possible once your Meta onboarding is complete and your subscription is active.

Can I connect Easy Flow Builder to my store or CRM?
